1. I've purchased tickets to the live stream. How do I watch? Will this live stream be available for viewing later?
Livestream is on November 20th @ 5:00PM PST/7:00PM CST/8:00PM EST
You will need to be logged into your account you purchased the stream with to access the livestream HERE. Livestream playback will be available for 48 Hours until 11/22/20 at 5PM Pacific after the initial stream to buyers. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
2. Can I buy tickets for my friends?
Of course! Once you’ve purchased more than one item with a ticket included, just email tickets@singlemusic.com with your order # and your friend’s email and an account will be set up for them! You can also use the chat button on the bottom right hand corner.
Yes, The player is HTML5, so as long as your phone supports HTML5 video viewing you can definitely use your phone!
What about my TV?
Yes absolutely! One way to watch on your TV is to connect your laptop or desktop with an HDMI cable to your TV and open the livestream on your computer's browser. Click here for a tutorial on connecting your computer.
Additionally, Casting/Airplay are the best options to connect wirelessly.
